Know the agency before you take the assignment.
Reviews written by physicians whose identity and completed work with the agency were checked before anything was published. Search an agency, read what happened, and see exactly how each score is built.

- Agencies meeting the ranking minimum
We don’t publish a nationwide “best agency” leaderboard. An agency is only ranked once at least five different verified physicians have reviewed it.
What gets checked before a review appears
Two separate questions, answered by two separate checks. Neither one is decided by an agency.
Is this a physician?
Government ID and selfie check, plus matching to physician license and NPI records. Handled privately by the verification team.
Did they work with this agency?
A separate review of assignment evidence such as a payment statement or timesheet. A signed contract alone is not enough for a scored review.
Is it appropriate to publish?
Every review is read by a person against posted content rules before it goes live. Agencies cannot approve or veto publication.
Good experiences count too
Reviews that describe a smooth placement are as useful as reviews about problems. Each review answers the same ten anchored questions, so a fair assignment and a bad one can be compared on the same terms. You can mark a question not applicable instead of guessing.
