Privacy
What’s private, what’s public
Reviewers are shown only as “Verified physician”. Here is what that does and doesn’t protect.
What is published
- The review text, ratings, work-again answer and tags.
- Optionally, a broad specialty and a year of work, never an exact date.
- The attribution “Verified physician”.
What stays private
- Your name, account, NPI, license details and identity-check results.
- Uploaded evidence and anything extracted from it.
- Exact pay rates and the optional private pay report. These are not published and not shown to agencies.
- Facility names and exact assignment dates.
Identity numbers and names are stored encrypted. Reviewer identity is not shared with agencies, and no one is automatically told who reviewed them.
The limits of anonymity
Your name is never shown, but the details you write can still point to you. An agency that placed few physicians in a specialty and year may guess from the content of a review. Keep out names, facilities and details only you would know. A review preview before submission shows exactly what would appear.
Identity may be disclosed only in exceptional cases, such as a legal requirement, and only with approval from two separate authorized staff members.
Your controls
- Withdraw a review, or request deletion of your account and evidence.
- Export your own data after re-authenticating.
- Evidence is retained only as long as needed after a decision (30 days by default in this beta), longer if a legal hold applies.
Do not include patient information or other people’s private details in reviews or uploads. Reviews containing them are removed.
